Mr. Leader founded New Vision Consulting in 1993 and has been CEO and Managing Partner since inception. He is an ERP Evangelist and Digital Transformation Leader focusing on IT Strategy and Cloud ERP Advisory Services. Executive Consultant with more than 35 years of experience consulting with Fortune 1000 companies in the areas of Business Process Optimization, Digital Transformation, Software Evaluation, Selection & Implementation, IT Program Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Process Re-Engineering and SOX Compliance.

Mr. Leader’s Field of expertise for the past 20 years has been in Life Sciences, Mergers & Acquisitions, M&A life-cycle management and integration of mission critical enterprise business systems including Cloud based Enterprise Resource Planning ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems from industry leaders including Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft, Workday, SalesForce.com and other tier one and two software vendors.

Prior to founding New Vision Consulting, Mr. Leader held various management positions with Oracle Corporation, PwC and IBM. He is Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and Member of the Project Management Institute.
