NVC maintains a strict independence from technology providers, which qualifies our consultants to objectively evaluate vendor solutions and services. This independence also allows us to help our clients manage vendor relationships during the selection, implementation and transition process. Our vendor management services include the following:

• Evaluation of vendor capabilities to specific technology and projects
• Creation and evaluation of project RFQ and RFP responses from vendors
• Review of contracts and SOW’s
• Review of implementation plans
• Evaluation of vendor work product at key project milestones
• Facilitation of conflict resolution
